Message Types

If you opt in to Non-Marketing SMS, you may receive service-related text messages, including messages about estimate requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, service scheduling updates, and other information related to services you have requested.

If you opt in to Marketing SMS, you may receive promotional text messages, including special offers, discounts, and promotional service updates.

Your consent to receive Non-Marketing SMS does not automatically enroll you in Marketing SMS. Each type of messaging requires separate consent.

Your Choice

SMS consent is optional. You can request an estimate or contact us without signing up to receive text messages.

Your phone number alone does not enroll you in our SMS program. You must provide separate consent through the applicable SMS opt-in.

Services and SMS communications are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Message Frequency and Charges

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your requests, scheduled services, and the SMS preferences you select. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the [SMS Sending Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
